Jaquay Watt
Educator, Mentor and Motivator, Jaquay Watt, born and raised in the city of Camden, New Jersey and is a proud graduate of Brimm Medical Arts High School, class of 2012, and Delaware State University Alumnus, class of 2018.

Jaquay was a multiple sport athlete for Camden High School, winning various awards in track & field. His talent caught the eyes of coaches from Lincoln University, Morgan State University and Delaware State University.

After completing his freshman year at Morgan State, Jaquay transferred to Delaware State where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Movement Science with the class of 2018.

Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard

Quay, as affectionally called by his peers and family, is enjoying his career as a middle school educator at Kipp Whittier Middle in his hometown of Camden, New Jersey.

Quay enjoys motivating and encouraging our youth. He has founded a youth mentoring program called “The Boys Lounge”, where he teaches the young men in his program that in order to be successful at anything, you must work hard.
